Third person dies in Weston Rd. apartment fire.
A third person has died as a result of a three-alarm blaze that gutted a Toronto apartment last week.
Natalie Burgher, 25, died in hospital days after she was caught in the fire on March 24, police said Tuesday. Burgher leaves behind a one-year-old son.
